Donations received to date – Cash – $3600.00 and several in-kind donations (gift certificates, tickets, items, etc.)
Party Plus Rentals (1400 Cedar) is donating any rental items for free, except linen.
Prize Chair – Sharon reported she has gotten a great start on purchasing prizes.
Food discussed – Pizza, Buffalo Wild Wings, Panda Express, Costco, etc. Coke and Pepsi distributors will be contacted for pop machine so don’t have to deal with cans. Committee will meet and divide up contact list for food providers.
Games – Army has provided inflatable slide/obstacle in the past, which was noted to take up a lot of space. Storage unit has many games.
Security – Someone needs to be posted at every door. There has been a law enforcement presence in the past who is in contact with high school principals. Our role is to keep kids safe.
Group will decide when party will end and when grand prize will be given away. In the past it has ended 4:30-5:30.
Website – A platform needs to be added for volunteer sign ups. Tickets will be sold through Ticket Tailor. Tickets can be electronic or printed. A paypal account will need to be added to the Ticket Tailor account. Website is www.Helenasanp.com
Volunteer – Volunteer sign up will be on the website.
Pictures – Discussion had on how to submit and collect pictures. Pictures (baby photo and graduation photo) will be requested to be mailed to: SANP, P.O. Box 7486, Helena MT 59604 – Attn: Photo Committee or brought to the office of either high school (there will be an envelope to place pictures in).
